Jack Rogers, President
Jack Rogers’s expertise spans all segments of the commercial brokerage business. He has built, purchased, sold, and managed office buildings, renovated, and retitled over one million square feet of industrial space in the Evansville area. He has provided site location services for national chains and local businesses.
He earned a B.S. in marketing and a G.R.I. (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation from Indiana University and has studied commercial and Investment real estate, taxation and exchange, and real estate development at the National Realtors Marketing Institute. He is a C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Jack is a charter member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and has represented southern Indiana as a commission member for many years.
The Evansville native founded Jack Rogers Realty, Inc. in 1978 and has earned a reputation for ethical business practices.
John Rogers III, Vice President
John Rogers III has been working in commercial real estate since 2010. John attended undergrad at the University of Evansville and holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. John is a member of the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Dennis Greenfield, Commercial Broker
Dennis Greenfield has been working in commercial real estate since 1984 and has been with Jack Rogers Realty, Inc. since 1994. The Evansville native graduated from The University of Evansville and is a member of the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Dennis is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky.
Colleen Brown-Crone, Property Manager
Colleen is responsible for the property management, accounting, and insurance components of Jack Rogers Realty, Inc. Colleen has over 30 years of experience in construction accounting and property management. She has worked on various projects while working for one of the largest domestic general contractors, including heavy highway and civil, parking, bridge, healthcare, industrial, educational, hospitality and entertainment, government, advanced technology, and manufacturing.
Chris Appler, Maintenance Supervisor
Chris has extensive experience in maintenance, repair, service, machinery, and equipment. His troubleshooting skills are exceptional in HVAC, including geothermal, fire, and sprinkler systems, refrigeration, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and all other general maintenance. Chris is a very motivated and ambitious worker and has developed quite a following with our tenants!
Chris began his career as Jack Rogers Realty, Inc. maintenance supervisor in 1998. Formerly, Chris worked at Sterling Brewery, which is currently the renovated Sterling Square property. He is certified in many different specialties. Besides the enjoyment of being a business owner, Chris Maintenance Service, he has a love for all things Nascar. Chris’s favorite activities include grilling for various charitable organizations and fundraisers, boating, and spends as much time as he can on the water.
